From an empty table to a full one, without a single "what should I bring?" message.
Name the evening and add what the table needs: raclette cheese, potatoes, cold cuts, vegetables for the pans, cornichons, bread, wine. Anything you do not want to carry home alone.
One link into the group chat or the invite. Your guests open it on any phone, with no app and no account.
Each guest puts their name next to what they are bringing. You see the table fill up live, and you know days ahead what is still open.
Always free
Guests put their name next to an item. No more "I thought you were buying the cheese" at six in the evening.
The list updates in real time. Someone just claimed the potatoes? Everyone sees it instantly.
Cheese, potatoes, meat, vegetables, sides and drinks are grouped on their own, so a gap is obvious at a glance.
Classic raclette cheese or a second, stronger one? Let the group vote before anyone goes shopping.
Ask for "200 g of cheese per person" or "2 kg of potatoes" and see exactly how much of it is already covered.
WhatsApp, email or the family group chat. One link works everywhere.
Send a real invitation instead of a bare link: guests RSVP, pick what they are bringing and answer your questions about allergies in one pass.
Download it as a PDF for the fridge or for the supermarket run the day before.
A morning email with what changed yesterday: new items, new claims and RSVPs.
Invite guests by email, see who has joined and remove anyone who dropped out.
Make your co-host an admin and decide who can add or delete items.

Raclette is the easiest meal to host and the easiest one to get wrong. Eight people, one machine, and somehow three of them brought bread while nobody bought the cheese.
A raclette evening needs six things: raclette cheese, boiled potatoes, something savoury for the pans, cold cuts, something acidic like cornichons and pickled onions, and drinks. Plan on roughly 200 g of cheese, 250 g of potatoes and 150 g of meat or fish per person. Put that on a shared list and your guests pick their part themselves, instead of asking you.
Nothing arrives twice: once someone has the cheese, it is taken. The table ends up balanced instead of stacked with bread.
Nobody has to ask you: guests open the link, see the gaps and pick one. The "what should I bring?" messages stop.
The boring things get covered: potatoes, cornichons, napkins and a second machine are what actually gets forgotten. On a list they are visible, so someone takes them.
No account, no app: your guests tap the link and they are in. Nobody installs anything on the day of the dinner.

FAQ
Plan on about 200 g of raclette cheese per person, or 250 g if the cheese is the whole meal and there is little else on the table. Set the amount on the list so guests can see how much of it is already covered and split the cheese between two of them.
Anything that melts well under cheese: boiled potatoes, mushrooms, peppers, onions, courgette, sweetcorn, pineapple, shrimp, ham or small pieces of steak. Add a few things that need no cooking, like cold cuts and cornichons, so the table works while the pans are busy.
Put every item on one list and let people claim what suits them. The cheese and the potatoes are the heavy, expensive part, so split those across two or three guests and leave bread, drinks and sides for everyone else.
Boil the potatoes and slice the vegetables the day before, and take the cheese out of the fridge about 30 minutes before you start. Put "boil potatoes" on the list as its own item and someone else can own that too.
Ask on the list. With guided invites your guests answer a question about allergies and diets when they RSVP, so you know before you shop and can add separate vegetarian pans to the list.
Yes. Creating and sharing a raclette list is completely free: no account, no credit card and no limit on the number of guests.
